THE HOUSE
Situated in a pine forest between the historic towns of Ostuni and Carovigno, Masseria Annabella affords maximum convenience to its guests. Local airports - 30 minutes from Brindisi and 60 minutes drive from Bari. The coast and local beaches are only 10 minutes drive from the house.
BEDROOMS
Five beautiful, light and newly renovated bedrooms which are all themed in line with typical aspects of life in Puglia - sun, sea, olive groves and food of the earth.
BATHROOMS
Five bright and airy bathrooms, three of which are ensuite. They are all recently renovated and equipped to a high standard. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer.
DINING
Masseria Annabella boasts three great eating areas, both in the open plan kitchen and on the terrace. There are enough seats for 10-12 guests. There is also a 2nd kitchen should guests need more cooking space.

THE GROUNDS
With over one hectare of land, Masseria Annabella's beautiful pine and olive trees will enable guests to achieve a sense of peaceful escape during their stay. There are over 40 olive trees in total on the estate. Families with children can also enjoy using a German-imported secure children's playground and there is also a trampoline for the more adventurous ones out there!
POOL
This newly installed pool is a centrepiece for the Masseria's beautiful garden. The pool, which can be heated, is fully equipped with sunbeds and a shady area.

The pool will be cleaned twice a week by a local company. Heating optional extra
